Interesting discussion

I went out with my land lady and her neighbor for a walk in the neighborhood. It was raining today.the weather change has been erratic in nashville. From 85F to a drop of 45F.
We came back home and had a discussion on leadership skills. The focal point of discussion was makes a good leader. If you are in the 15% of your group, you can think in big scheme of things and have a holistic mindset in discussions then your boss must acknowledge the positive aspects of you. He must try to bring in the good points in you and move you forward. He must be able to acknowledge you that you are having an aspiration to learn and move forward.
Manager has to lower down his ego and pride in discussions and be humble toward discussions.
