       3 qualities of a one minute manager
Idea is to have a decentralized work place and tasks and roles are ambiguous to respond to the unexpected.

1. One minute goal setting.
 Define goals and tasks of an employee, clear responsibilities layed out,performance standards, expectations from the employee.

2. One minute appraisal
Recognize,motivate,reward system.

3. One minute reprimand
Telling the subordinate what is wrong, target employee behavior.
